Why is it you say the word "fitness" and everyone immediately thinks of stuffy gyms and trainers who yell a lot?!
Well the truth is some of us need this and some of us know, this means we are going... LOL. Whatever it takes to get moving is how you need to make this happen. As divers we know the importance of being in shape and living a healthy lifestyle.

Remember - get out and move. Find things you like to do or a combo of people you like to hang out with. Move. Swim. dive. You should see the looks I get from the fine folks at my gym, when I jump in the pool with Mask, Fin & Snorkel. That is how I do laps. if it is cold, I bring my wetsuit. I have a 2mm & 5 mm for the pool. I bought each online and they are used when I teach and train. My workouts are fun. with the waterproof headphones & cell - I am in! I know Marco's wife, likes to help moms - so she started a club where everyone gets out of the house for a bit. Grab water and go.
Time to make some new friends or invite the old ones out. Get the families together to meet in an area for your new skills. Paved trails make me happy. My daughter still likes playgrounds and play areas - I mean who doesn't like a bounce house!? LOL
